For Couples
What is the purpose?

The Marriage Enrichment module of TWOgether Pittsburgh is designed to enhance the viability and health of marriages through the refinement of skills that sustain, improve and enrich their relationships.

Who should be involved?

Any couple in a relatively healthy marriage relationship that may desire to enrich, enhance or safeguard their marriage covenant.

How will the program work?

The couples will meet once a week for six weeks with a trained facilitator, who will guide them through a series of fun-filled activities and topics. A curriculum entitled PREPARE/ENRICH will provide the framework for these conversations. Each participant will take a pre- and post-assessment of their relationship. The pre-assessment will assess the couples feelings and ideas within their relationship. The post-assessment will be given to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

What topics will be discussed?

The topics will range from understanding the couples strengths and the effects of their family of origin, to an examination of various marital hot topics, including communication, conflict resolution, finance, and sex and intimacy.
