The TWOgether Pittsburgh Healthy Marriage Initiative must solicit five high schools that believe in the social, psychological, and physical benefits of strong families and healthy relationships. According to the initiative grant, the schools are selected throughout the five counties of the Greater Pittsburgh Area. These schools are selected by the TWOgether Pittsburgh Program Director for High School Education in consultation with the Project Director and President of Family Guidance, Inc.

The ECHO Program will continue to roll out for the 2008-2009 School Year. The program is scheduled to be taught twice a year, in two nine week sessions, once in the fall semester and once in the spring semester.
